what speed shoud i ride within 92% of mhr????
i ride a bike from last year.i made a pause of 6 months and now i am starting again.i bought pulse monitor and today i broke my theoretical max heart rate(it should be 197 as i am 23 years old,but it is actually 220).is it too bad having it so high?i was riding 20miles and about 50 minutes in hr zone 4-5.(90%).i am interested is it maybe mistake or something cause i had av.speed just about 20M/hR.i am 106lbs and my bike 21.
I AM ALSO INTERESTED which connection is between power(watts)and HR?IS THERE SOME FORMULA.I CALCULATED ON LINE MY POWER OF TODAY RIDING AND IT VAS 170 WATTS.
