Ho, ho, ho Central Texans, it's the Jingle Bell ride!

Bicycle Sport Shop is once again sponsoring the annual Jingle Bell Ride (scroll down a little). This is your one chance to ride through Austin's famed Trail of Lights, and this event is truly a hoot. Lots of lights on bikes, kids, lights on kids on bikes. Sometimes a rogue group will take off from the north end of the ride and head up to 37th1/2 Street to take in the jaw-dropping lawn and home light displays folks put up. Either way, it's a lot of fun, sort of a Merry Critical Mass - 'cept with a police escort :o .
