Lost my gift cert, so I called TE and told my sob story and the chickie (sorry, didn't get her name) was fabulous and looked up the cert code AND told me where to enter it in the online order form!

Now I can order my goodies! (but I've missed the 10% off from yesterday, so I'll just be ordering a bit fewer goodies...)

The 10% is only for orders made yesterday- I can understand why they have to stick to that. It's a one day sale after all, and they did advertise it a lot.
yeah, I even marked it on my calendar. Now, if I hadn't lost the gift cert I so *carefully* put away someplace safe, I'd've gotten my order in on time.
I have no idea where the safe place is that I put it...
