Today's Steep and Cheap (Nov 16)

Those lavender Vol sunglasses -- would they work for cycling? I'm looking for some that aren't dark to wear around dusk, when the bugs are out but it's too dark for real sunglasses.

Too late.
Anyway, for dusk/dawn riding, I've gone to cheap safety glasses. About $5/pair from Home Depot or wherever - they come in clear (for dark) or yellow (for dusk/dawn) and work fine. They look OK, but not great. If you read the packaging carefully, some even have UV protection (is there a lot of UV after dark?).
Just a thought.
