I just set up a deal with CyclePath store in Plesanton, CA. (337B Main St. next to Tully's coffee yahoo), to offer a 10 week (on indoor trainers and some outdoor rides too) CINDERELLA 2007 training program.

I run my own group training business (Inspire Fitness) and we had so much fun training 23 women last year to ride the event and if you haven't done it before check it out at http://valleyspokesmen.org for event details. The ride will be on March 31, 2007.

The 10 week training starts Jan 22, 2007 and is first-come first serve and you'll receive heart rate training (Heart Zones Yellow Jersey trainer), nutrtition and bike seminars, and a whole lot of fun individualized rides, emails, pasta feed, etc, etc. You'll get 2 indoor training rides and 2 outdoor rides per week, less than $7 a class.
