A new hazard from running

Getting chased ... and licked ... by a deer!

when i was down in west virginia for training there were a bunch of deer that were following me around while i was running. thankfully nothing like that.

we have the problem here with wildlife getting to close for comfort also because of people feeding them, and then the same people feeding them turn around and complain that the animal is to close to them and they are afraid. ummm? hello?

I've heard of young moose on Mt. Katahdin in Maine licking sweaty hikers. They are walking salt licks.

I enjoy admiring wildlife, but I would be quite freaked if said wildlife followed me and licked me.
