Getting my new Bike Tomorrow :)
Hi Ladies, Since everyone else is getting bikes, I might as well join in right? I've had my eye on this bike at my local LBS for 2 months and tomorrow she'll be mine. It's a Giant OCR 2 silver color-nice components for my type of riding(recreation-fitness). I test rode several incl a wsd model that I loved the seat so much, they're putting it on the one I'm getting. I test rode a Trek Pilot 1.0(nice ride-fit well), Felt F90 Red(but too stretched out on it), Trek 1000wsd, liked it a lot except felt cramped on it. Frame size was fine, but the shorter reach I didn't like b/c I have long arms. I like the shifters on the Giant and it was just a pretty bike. It's a closeout model and I got $200 knocked off the orig price :) Now I can use the extra$$ to buy a hitch and new rack for the car and other piddly accessories. Now I can get some miles in w/ the weather cooler and all. Yippee! I'm ready to ride. Jennifer
