Things i learned on my 1st mountain bike tour!
1. the best shorts you can afford really make a difference! Don't go cheap you will regret it. I had one expensive pair and one middle of the road pair. It was a good thing I had a good pair!
2. Don't change your brand of deodorant! What an idiot! Sorry people I was biking with. ( I think they smelled as bad as me though!:o
3 Figure out why my nipples were raw at the end?
4. having a good seat!
5.the best rain gear but cheap water proof booties.
Ours were messed up at the end but the 2 guys that had pricey one's they were ruined at the end.
6. Backup glasses
7. baseball cap! My visor fell off when i fell once and I never found it.
8. A good compression pillow!
If I think of anything else i will add it to this list!
Anyone know why the nipple thing happend?
Good bras are as important as good shorts
You need a bra that is supportive enough and not loose so that it does not rub your nipples.
