Since yesterday's video was a strength builder - big ring and 12 nearly the whole time and lots of squats (OW!!!!)...
today's morning workout was Recharge. This is a great workout for the day after a hard day. If you want to work on getting a smoother cadence, this is the video.

V - Did you see that there's going to be a 5+ hour spinerval coming out? That and some other releases, including some more ultra conditioning/strength titles. I can't wait! Of course, I'm hoping for a mild winter so I don't have to resort to Coach Troy too often.

I don't know about 5 hours! Three hours on the trainer with Tough Love is hard enough to do.

I've been interested in some type of training video/DVD that would help me develop my form, speed, confidence, etc.
Veronica - have you found this line of DVD's beneficial?

Oh yeah! I don't have a lot of time to train when I'm working. These videos got me in shape to do the first double century I did last March.
I'm lucky I can ride year round, and I mix up outside and inside workouts. But if I've only got 60 - 90 minutes I know the workout from the DVD is going to be more focused and I'm going to work harder than if I went outside and rode. So I mix it up. The videos can get boring. That's why I have so many. :D
I still need that outside time. There's nothing like hill repeats into a head wind...

He also has a series coming out called Strendurance which is all strength training that you can do at home (squats, lunges, squat thrusts, pushups, core strengthening work, etc). It's a series of 6 workouts - 20 minutes each - that you build upon. So you do the first workout a couple times a week for 2 weeks, then build up to the next workout, etc. It's designed for people who don't have a lot of time to do strength training, plus all their cycling, running, etc. And knowing Troy, it's not going to be easy!

I'm really looking forward to the new releases. Because I didn't want to deal with the rain at o-dark-hundred-hours this morning, I ended up bagging the outdoor ride and staying inside to do IronGirl!
