Sorry if this is a duplicate thread but I could not find one for today's rides. I was able to get in a quick 24 miles after I left the clinic late this afternoon. I was not sure when I left school and made my way to my second job that I would be able to get a ride in given the dark skies. However, by the time I left the second job the threat had passed and I decided to spend some time on my bike. It was a great ride and I encountered very little traffic once I got a mile or so from town. I felt very strong on my DF today and enjoyed every minute I was able to grab on my bike.
