I'm looking for a good DVD. By the way, are there any that are better for women in particular, or worse for that matter?? Just got my new (used) cycleops fluid trainer on ebay and now I need to find a DVD. Also, if anyone can suggest - is the training mat all that neccessary indoors? Where can I get a riser, (and/or a climbing riser) cheap?

Try searching for "Spinervals" or Coach Troy or the Evil Coach Troy. You'll find lots of comments.

Risers - probably try the web retailers like Nashbar and Performance, or your LBS. They usually aren't that expensive.

I personally would recommend the Spinervals videos also. There are tons of them and I've never done one where I've felt I haven't gotten a good workout. I just recently got a free one from the Iron Girl triathlon -No. 24 - Hillacious with Great Harvest Bread Co. that I'm looking forward to doing! One of my favorites is Mental Toughness and another one is Have Mercy. But definitely look through the website and decide which ones interest you. You can get them on sale a lot of times through Performance Bike. Good luck!
