I don't know if it is an habit here, but in my country forums we used to introduce ourselves the first time we write, so... hello everybody!!!

I hope to spend a lot of time here with all of you, and to learn and help all I can.

Sorry for my English, I am not an English Language native!!

saludos

Hello to you, glad to have you here. I am fairly new at riding and trying to get healthy and lose weight and love riding my bike. I think you will love it here. Lot of great information, and inspiring women!

Hola Alis :)

Glad to see you here - this is a great board filled with supportive, upbeat, and positive people.

What part of spain are you in? I did an exchange there while I was in the university some years ago. I miss it very, very much.

Bienvenida y buena suerte :D

Hi again! and thanks for your replies

I'm 32 years old, from Madrid, main city in Spain, but luckily surrounded by mountains where I can practise my favourite sport, mtb, since 5 years ago, more or less.

I use to go to work riding, its great, through la Casa de Campo (a little forest in Madrid) and it's there where I train after work. On weekends I go to the mountains, about 50Km. from Mdz, and with peaks up to 2.300 metres....I know it is quite modest, but really nice indeed.

Thanks for your words into Spanish, very exciting!;)
