They think it was suicide, and while they downplay the effects of the doping scandel I can't imagine it didn't have a big imapct.

Especially reading here how his restaurant was all decorated with Floyd memerobilia: http://www.cyclingnews.com/news.php?id=news/2006/aug06/aug17news

Regardless of where you stand on whether Floyd did or didn't do it, this is so tragic. Can you imagine the pain that family is going through right now.

It's terrible for everyone, but I esp. feel for Floyd's young daughter. Going through all the ups and downs of the Tour, stuff with the doping scandal, then her grandfather... she is at that vulnerable age. How very, very sad.

This is so very tragic. Floyd, his wife, and their families have already been through enough, and now this.
