Yep, one duathlon under my belt and I didn't die! My goal was to just finish and I didn't bonk at all. (I even signed up for the Wildwood du at the end of the month!) I can now see this stuff is going to be addicting.:)

First of all Congratulations ! ! !

Now (said in a very small voice) what is a duathlon? similar to a tri but only 2 events and if so which 2 ? ? ?

It's minus the swimming. Usual format is run 2-3 miles, bike 12-20, then run 2-3 more.
