PINEHURST: A Contra Costa project to construct a retaining wall on Pinehurst, above the lower switchback, is expected to begin on August 14. The road will be closed to all traffic, including bicyclists, from Skyline to Canyon during construction that is expected to continue for 6-7 weeks.Please abide by posted signs at Skyline and Canyon Road intersections with Pinehurst.
