...I'm thinking of having yourself measured (see this thingie, by a company called velotraum, lets you get all the measurements - http://www.velotraum.de/bilder/mas/20050718200914_1klein.jpg and then keying those values into a search engine, which will come up with a series of suggestions for frames that would fit you - all makers, all price ranges.
