Hey, guys...
As I posted a few days ago, I got a trainer and have been riding it for a week or so now. I feel like I am leaning too far forward. Am I supposed to have something under the front wheel? It really puts pressure on my girly parts and I don't usually have problems with that. But, to be honest, I am probably going to get a girl's saddle with a cut out. I don't want to have problems with that! My bike has the seat that came with it. It has an indention down the middle, but not a cut out. The guy that sold me the bike and owns the bike shop would let me try out seats and return the ones I don't like...he's great! Any suggestion on that? Do I need something to boost up the front wheel?
Lots of questions, I know... but I don't want to do something to myself and be off the bike for any length of time.
