The Bay Area Velo Girls puts on a Bike Basics clinic every month. I've never gotten around to attending it (I always think "maybe next month"), but someone who attended one recently took wonderfully detailed notes and posted them on her website for all to enjoy.

there's a link from the velogirls page to another site with an article about saddles and positioning and how women's butts are different than men's. i guess too many of us take our butts for granted...? because at the end it says something like 'see your butt. be your butt. love your butt.' good stuff :p
