As long as it's not raw/green coffee beans it should be OK. ^_^

I'm just hoping Tea's OK. ^_^ can't seem to find it on that pamphlet.

Oooh, coffee!!! Count me in!!

I'm sending my info right now! :D

For those who asked, in July, we just sent our info to the organizer and then she sent us the name and address of our SS. We then sent the items to our SS to be received before the month was out. I don't remember if there was a $$ limit or anything. Then you just wait for your goodies to arrive from another TE member! It's fun!!

July was socks and a postcard, so we had to send our shoe size with our address info. I guess this month we should indicate if we want coffee or tea when we send our address.

There's no $$ limit. I love to spoil my SS! I love giving presents! I get pretty stressed out getting stuff out on time, though...

I don't drink coffee or tea. :( I do love Hot chocolate and I love mugs! I guess I am going to play so I can get some very cool mug. It is so much fun!

I don't think there is a price limit, but I think most people spend $10-20. I guess it depends on your own finances. I didn't realize the first month to throw extras in (if you want/can of course). I got my box and it was like Christmas in June!

I'm glad I can get OT at work! When I sent my info, I asked for flavored coffee. I'm the coffee wimp. I drink a lot- like three cups a day or more on weekdays, more on weekends if I'm sitting around in front of the computer, but when I make coffee, I count two cups for every measuring spoon. BF is the opposite- he fills the basket to the top, heaping, for a pot. That's why we have two identical really cool coffee makers sitting side by side on the counter...He won't even buy ground coffee- has to be whole beans, and he has to grind them the second before he brews it. I make a big pot- like 10-12 cups, and reheat all week. Well, as long as it lasts. At work, we have to drink yucky commercial coffee. So I make my secret recipe- two cups at a time! Two Splenda (used to do four sugars) two powdered creamers (used to be eight!) and a sprinkle of hot choc mix. Top off with ice! At home, I mix my flavored coffee (Santa's White Christmas, from Barnie's, mostly) with the Splenda and creamer and ice. not to make it cold, but to make it warm, and more dilute.

bf is very picky about his coffee. whole bean... not to strong or weak... i'm the nice one and make it for him. i love the smell of it, but not a fan of the taste. if i have a cup (usually on one of those very ssssslllllllooooowwww days) i need lots of cream and sugar.

but i drink my tea with a bit of honey or one lump of sugar.

When I sent my info, I was not certain what to send besides my name and address. I did indicate I like strong, black coffee. I prefer to grind my own beans, which I did not mention. I have a French Press, and drink strong, black, throughout the day. I am s serious coffee addict and I adore mugs.:)

I too PM-ed mountainpuddles, but having never done this before, I am not sure if I did it right. Coffee - Tea - don't matter to me. I like/drink both.

I'm in! I used to drink coffee (have a french press and all), but now I pretty much just drink tea. So I'm going to request some yummy tea. I can't wait to get a new mug! Yippee!

I'm in, too. I'd probably prefer hot chocolate or tea, but will take coffe as well. I love coffee, but decided to stop drinking it after being asked how many cups of coffee I drink in a day, by a breast specialist. I will have it on occassion though.
I love this secret sister exchange.....

Kerry, is that because you complained of tenderness? I've heard caffeine causes that.

Nanci, yes I have two lumps (one one on each breast), they are painful, but not too bad. They aren't anything to worry about, both had needle biopsies. I think they are lipoma's or something

At my initial exam, the health history had the question about coffee. Also, asked about cigarettes and how much chocolate you eat in a week. I couldn't omit chocolate though, it's just too good :D I just don't eat as much, which is good since I'm trting to watch my sugar intake.

Thanks for asking.

I get cysts that come and go, and they are VERY painful. Mostly in the axillary (armpit) region. I don't want to give up caffeine, though.

Thirty percent of American women have fibrocystic breast disease, a benign (noncancerous) condition characterized by round lumps that move freely within the breast tissue. This lumps are usually tender to the touch. In contrast, a cancerous growth in the breast is often not tender or freely movable when touched. The texture of the lumps can vary from soft to firm. For many women, the tenderness may increase as menstruation approaches. Often the cysts fill with fluid and can enlarge premenstrually in response to the increase in hormonal levels during this time.

The main hormones implicated in the worsening of breast symptoms premenstrually include estrogen, the main female hormone, and prolactin, the milk release hormone secreted by the pituitary gland. Dietary factors have also been implicated. These include caffeine intake from coffee, black teas, colas, and chocolate, as well as excessive saturated fat and salt. Usually the symptoms of pain and swelling do not persist once menstruation begins, and most women notice significant relief at this time. The difference in the breast swelling can be so marked between the first and second half of the menstrual cycle that some women actually change bra size.
