Hi all,
There have been several calorie calculators posted here, and most of them have seemed to read pretty high for me. (That is, it tells me what I should be eating on a given day, and I know that when I eat that much I feel like poo.)
But there was one posted in the last couple months that seemed to read pretty accurately for me, and now I can't find it again, after having tried a search for every combination of calorie / metabolism / calculator I could come up with.
And I've ridden 70 miles this weekend and could stand to see an estimate of what I need to eat. Since "everything in my path" has been my MO so far.
Any insight is much appreciated.
