An open letter to Susan and TE staffers...
I'd been thinking of picking up another pair of the Sugoi RS Flex shorts that I like so much ever since you mentioned in a forum discussion that you noticed a change in the 2007 version of the shorts. It may very well be that I'll like the new version of the shorts too, but rather than risk that I don't like the new version of the shorts, I figured that I'd pick up another pair of the 2006-design shorts. I just hadn't ordered them yet - but then last week I noticed your 12-day promotion offering free shipping. I guess you could say that finally got me moving.
I placed my order Thursday morning before I left for work. And yesterday (Saturday, just 2 days later), my TE package appeared.
So - thank you for the free shipping. And even more, thank you for your continued level of service. In every instance, I've received my orders from you just 2 days from when you received them (working days - I'm aware that you are a 5-day operation - but still, the times I've placed an order on a weekend you've always shipped on Monday...). And in case anyone thinks the distance is short - I live on the opposite side of the country.
