I meant to go for a ride this morning.... But, Fog is super dense today. And it's getting hot. And by the time it burns off, it will be miserable. The air is so saturated... I think that riding in rain would be better. My sunglasses were misting over. There is one 2 lane highway with wide shoulders that's nice to ride on... and a 4 lane highway with wide shoulders.... But nothing seemed like a good option today. I was going to do an out and back on the two lane... a popular choice by cyclists around here. But I didn't leave town. It seemed like the fog only got thicker.

We have the Missouri river just a few miles south... fog would've been thicker there. My town is on a bluff and there's a valley to the north. My boyfriend said he hit fog about 20 miles north of here. So, I don't anticipate it getting better.

Maybe I'll go run stairs at the dome...

Does anyone know if the anti-fog products help to prevent mist from building up? On really foggy mornings here, I can barely see after a few blocks of riding due to all of the water droplets that collect on my lenses.

Cat Cr*p really does work! I've used it riding into our famous coastal fog.

Good to know! I don't know that I would've purchased a product called "Cat Crap" to apply to my glasses...bit of a marketing gamble...but then again...I might've bought it for the name alone...:p

My sun glasses do fog up when it's humid and I'm running, so this will help.
