vanquish eyewear??

I saw an ad for this brand of sunglasses in a magazine. I was wondering if anyone had ordered them or knew about the quality. It is one of those deals where all you pay is shipping/handling costs. Claim they can be returned for a refund. I am skeptical, any info???
