Morning commute. Saw three roadies going the other way, one wrong way dude on a bike ( on the sidewalk), an SUV with a REALLY low rear passenger side tire and two hawks. Hopefully this evening's ride home will have yesterday's tailwind. That was nice!

My hubby and I went for a short ride - 15 miles. We made some modifications to my position, change a seat post and a seat. I rode fast without any pain - happyness! Bye-bye to Terri Butterfly seat. I could not even drop on my bars without experiencing pain. The one I tried was Surface tri seat. :)

My usual AM shuffle. did more hill climbing. Did some different streets, and saw a woman Rollerblading her dauschound. At least I Think that the best way to describe it. Maybe I should drink some coffee before the ride....

Rode to my acupuncture appointment today for a total of 26 miles. I took my time which was good since I have been riding hard for the past four days. I must say it was hard to get going again after the treatment, but I managed to make it home.

I took my Giro out for a morning spin, rode 12.6 miles over rolling terrain. My legs were tired by the time I got home so I guess the short century on Tuesday took a lot out of me. I joined the club tonight for the "fruit ride" with the intentions of riding the 30 mile route but I had second thoughts. I hate to ride on two of the roads included into tonight's ride so I grabbed the cue sheet for the 15 mile ride as back up. After the first couple of miles I decided to do the 30 changing cue sheets out at the stop sign. However, by the first light, a bit further down the road, I realized my legs were dead and climbing the two long, hard climbs on the 30 miler was insane so I pulled the 15 miler back out and rode it. Oh well, my intentions were good but my legs had a lot to say and I was listening closely.

Rode about 10 miles with several hill sprints thrown in. Was thrilled that I was able to sprint up one of the hills no longer in granny gear!
