I have just finished my report cards!!!! (Only the teachers out there can _truly_ appreciate that.) Only 10 more sleeps till summer vacation... and then I will have time to bike every day!!!!! Yee haw!!! :D

Congratulations for I know what a great feeling it is to count down those final days. We closed out our rooms the first week in June and I've been enjoying every moment of my summer break. Enjoy your summer vacation, relax, recharge your batteries and don't think about work until you have too.

I can completely relate! As an elementary music teacher I only have to do report cards once a year, but that means in May I have over 400 to do! Yesterday was our last day with students and I'll be officially done Friday by noon. Can't wait for the freedom to ride all day long:D

Good for you! I teach English at a small state university and we finished in May. Since then, I've done a week-long tour and been riding like a demon otherwise. And our weather has been incredibly dry dry dry. We could use some rain, but I sure am enjoying the dry spell.

I rejoice every end and beginning of semesters 'cause I have so much less paperwork than faculty (the students I tutor want to know "how come you're not a teacher??"), so much less stress. Summer is SWEET :-) :-) (tho' right now it's our 6-week summer session, so I've got serioulsy stressed students crunching out the credits - but we have Friday's OFF).

Fridays off rock, don't they? In my last corporate job before I returned to teaching, we had alternating Fridays off--talk about sweet! :)
