Pretty much yes, A helmet with Visor or a cycling will help some. Anybody else have other ideas?

This is one of the main reasons I have a helmet with a visor. It helps with sun glare in summer, and helps reduce rain spray in winter.
RainX - it doesn't keep everything perfect, but it helps to shed some of the water and keep the fogging up to a minimum. Be careful though - it can damage some kinds of plastic/coatings so test a little area first. I haven't had any problems with my plastic lenses, which I am guessing are polycarbonate.

Riding in the rain with glasses is crummy, but riding in rain without them is worse, even for people that are only wearing them for protection. I will look into "Rainx"

I use a cycling cap under my helmet (for those of w/out the visor built into the helmet).
