Thanks for the link! That's enough articles to keep me distracted from work all day long! I like the ones on peanut butter and the one titled "Carbohydrates and the Glycemic Index" is something I mentioned in a previous post. High GI foods are great and necessary post tough workout.

Thanks. This looks like a really useful resource from a well known writer. I am a huge fan of peanut butter. PB&J sandwiches on whole wheat bread are easy to make and carry with me to the clinic, hospital, or on a ride. They don't need refrigeration, and always taste good, no matter how smushed. :rolleyes:

For all of you peanut butter lovers, check out www.ilovepeanutbutter.com .
You can find this brand at Whole Foods and/or the health food section of your regular supermarket.

My fave is the Cinnamon Raisin Swirl PB. :D

Thanks for the link. I'm a big fan of Monique Ryan's sports nutrition books and hadn't read anything by Nancy Clark...it's good stuff! Anyone who writes so glowingly about peanut butter is ok in my book. ;)
