OT.... poor wet eagle babies!

so i've been watching the babies off and on all day... it's raining! has anyone seen mom around? i haven't seen her or dad at all when i've had it on... they are cuddling up to each other.. i'm assuming to try to keep warm and dry... the bigger one is facing the camera and looks so sad and miserable...
