I did my longest ride so far today -- 54 miles!! That's the first time I've gone past the half century mark. :D :D :D

Yes, the minute I got home I iced the neck & today it's not hurting any. :)

congrats!!! You've got me beat... my longest so far is 53 miles...:D hoping to work up to my first century this year...
