You are invited to a Women's Mountain Bike Clinic for Beginners!
Hosted by the Bay Area Team Luna Chix.
Who: Women of all ages with little to no mountain biking experience.
What*: A FUN mountain bike clinic that will cover the basic skills needed for safe and successful mountain biking. You will finish this clinic a more confident rider--guaranteed! This clinic is taught by Nadine Budbill, an experienced cyclist, instructor, Luna Chix Ambassador, Berkeley High School Mountain Bike Coach and NorCal High School MTB League Board of Director.
When: Saturday, May 6, 2006 from 9:00 A.M. -12:00 P.M.
Where: Joaquin Miller Park, Main Meadow (Oakland Hills). Exit off Hwy 13 onto Joaquin Miller Road, proceed up hill, and take left onto Sanborn Drive to parking lot in the Community Center.
Cost: Suggested donation of $10 to the Breast Cancer Fund. 100% of donations go to Breast Cancer Fund (www.breastcancerfund.org). Luna Bar samples provided.
*Please bring your own bike, helmet, appropriate shoes, and water bottle!
