It's the 6th Annual " No Frills " Training Camp located in Lake Placid, New York - home and race site of Ironman USA. June 16th - 19th.
The camp is open to all levels of abilities. You do not have to be an Ironman triathlete. If you're currently training for an IM event or would like to do one some day in the future, come spend the weekend in the beautiful scenic Adirondack Mountains.
You will NOT find another camp like this ANYWHERE ! Great people, great training, great workouts, great course, great party and so, so, so much fun !
