Does anyone know of a good brand/style of chest plate that has room in it for girl parts? Although my boy friend and I are about the same size, we are NOT the same shape, borrowing his chest plate for DH'ing and even some hairy cross country stuff isn't as comfy as I would like. I am a large breasted person and need a chest plate with some extra space in it where the space counts the most.

I'd suggest asking at the DH forum, www.ridemoneky.com. that forum is all DH racers and pros, go to the women's section.

Irulan,
thaks for hooking me up to a new forum....one quick spelling fix and i am off to venture a new posting group. I have had some reponces on MTBR with respects to both Acerbis lady Fusion and Dainese. The vote seems an overwhleming that Dainese is softer and flexible but still good protection and "forms to curvy shapes" great, but it is very expensive. The Acerbis looks to me as though it was modified for women from the mens version by simply making it shorter for short torsos... I am not sure it allows for extra room in the "curve department".
I will cross post this over on ridemonkey. Thanks for the help....any body else have an opinion? love to hear it.
