I got my new brooks. It's a Countess. Spent an hour at LBS getting it set up just right with a million measurements. It has not been above 40 degrees for DAYS. I rode on my trainer for 20 minutes last night and now my tailbone is sore. Again. I know I need time to break in the leather, but shesh I need a break here! I need to ride outside, without big winds, above 45 degrees, preferably during daylight. WHERE IS SPRING?!!!

ps why do I get more sore on a trainer? (I set up propery, I am level etc)

I always get sore when I ride my trainer. I think it is because I stay in the same position for so long. I try to shift but it just isn't the same as when I am on the actual road.

Is your bike level on the trainer? Sometimes the front and rear tire aren't perfectly level on the trainer and can soreness.
