erm, why did they let this guy drive again? i thought he had his licence revoked for life? I don't get it.

Wasn't SHania with the DUI... it was the guy who wasn't responsible for getting into the truck and driving (despite having had his license revoked for life) because he has delusions (that Shania communicates with him telepathically) and doesn't know what he's doing anyway.
