Other side of the bridge, looking north. Very small, to the left of the center cypress, you can see a Great Blue Heron and a Great Egret (white speck) a little further back.

Oooooh....that is SO pretty! How lucky you are to have such great scenery to ride in!
Wish it'd just warm up and stop raining around here so I could go out and ride too!
Glad to hear the knee is feeling better! :)

Very beautiful pictures. I love seeing all of the green. I am countning the days until spring here so there will be some color here again. It may be a while as there is a big winter storm heading this way. We are expected to get 12-14inches of snow. Yikes. thanks for the pictures.

Wow those are really pretty pic's. I did a sculpture of a swamp like that last year for the south Carolina State fair. There are some neat things to see in a swamp. If that is what that is. Some really cool birds!

Nanci - Can we assume that you like Florida better than Minnesota? ;) It must have been a treat, riding in such a lovely place.
If you cross the River Styx do you end up in the Underworld? If you cross it twice are you back in the world of the living? Looks nice. Glad your knee held up.

Yeah, THAT's what I was looking for! Also, which side of the picture is Hades? Is the boatman just upstream? L.
