Women make excellent firefighters, if I do say so myself. :D

We did some classes for kids when I was on the job, but mostly to the Explorer Post due to liability. Hardest part with kids is their inability to gauge risk, they walk right into a semi controlled environment thinking it's like Disney, where all risk is mitigated.

I used to meet the rare women firefighter in 1 of my jobs a long time ago..1 of them earlier was a star high school volleyball and basketball player at same school where I went. I met her when I had relocated 2 decades later in another city.
