Best Cycling Cities - Bicycling March Issue

In the population 200,000-500,000 category, Madison WI took 1st place. I guess I can stop pouting over the fact that I don't live in Colorado.

I was just there yesterday for the bike expo and canoecopia and I was really jealous of all who rode there. When we got there in the morning, it was a great day for a nice spring ride.
I also noticed that the bikes drove comfortably in the crowd of cars getting in and out and they were getting the respect they deserve....

Not here. Boston was voted one of the worst places to ride. Must be all the crazy drivers and there are plenty. Yesterday a pickup truck tried to pass joggers on his side and DH and I on bikes on the other side of a one lane bridge and he's beeping the horn. :eek: I hate those guys. :mad:
