Bike yarn bombing, poms-poms

So for 2 wks. there have been some fun cycling events for annual local Cyclepalooza in our city.

I went to a bike yarn-bombing event...at of course, a local wool shop. We learned how to yarn-bomb handlebars, downtubes either knitted or wrapped in thick multi-coloured wool..and make poms-poms.

So consider for a bike fun event, poms-poms for your helmet, handlebars, bike basket ..hey make a bouquet of poms-poms. Honestly, this is my first fun bike accessory. I actually need one for fun bike events. I don't even have bridesmaid dresses left to wear for annual bike prom ride.

I don't really do organized bike events any more (or lately, at least), but I love your pom-poms, shootingstar!

Maybe need some pom poms for STP! Except it's supposed to rain, and they might not be good to have on my helmet...

Poms-poms are very light to wear..while biking. :) Retye them with dental floss if the yarn strings break apart.
