Womens specific tours?

Even one that does the ride all the way across the states?

I've got a friend who's interested in doing some rides like that as she retires and I remember reading on here about women's specific touring companies... but I can find them when I search.

She has done RAGBRAI and the Colorado ride multiple times so she's fit and capable, she just needs some links to follow.
