HOOOWWWLLL. YAYYYY!!! or something like that screaming at top of his lung to get my attention. then he said Happy Constitution Day.:confused:

He then explained what it was.

So to all the Norwegian and of Norwegian descent, Happy Constitution Day (syttende mai)!! He had me try pickled herring. Yummm except for the blood line (the dark meat down the side). then he had me try Brunost. I guess its time to make Farikal again. It's one of my favorite dish after I was introduced to it. It's going to be cool again tomorrow here. probably around 15C maybe. Maybe tad warmer. So its a good excuse to make Farikal. Oh have to have boiled potato to go with it. :D

Cheers Norman!! And don't breakdown or burn down Valhalla

Belated syttende mai! (Or perhaps syttende belated mai...??) Did your son come home?

Thanks :-) He came home sometime late that night, after crawling past the Royal Castle in the big parade, among other things. The russ traditions are pretty weird.
