Gave them a try on a trio of indoor trainer rides but they aren't for my feet. Insoles have never been used.
Can use Look, Shimano road cleats or two-bolt SPD cleats as well (just pop out the red block).

I used the size chart at Opedix (see photos below), I am at the high end of small, but the medium is a better fit for me with my build. These are incredible for running, love 'em. Specialized Tahoe women's mtb shoes. Barely worn.
Excellent condition Tahoe mountain bike shoe. Great for trail (cleats or also nice on flats).
Comparable shoe sizes: Sidi, Shimano and Pearl Izumi 40-40.5 = these 39s will fit you.
Don't have clipless pedals? Time ATAC & cleats or Shimano SPDs & cleats are available too for range of budgets.
