This Bike Friday packs easily in a Samsonite suitcase for your next adventure! It is a custom built Pocket Rocket Pro Petite hand-made in Eugene, Oregon.

Approximate fit 5'1"-5'6". The frame was built for me based on the dimensions of my favorite Cannondale road bike sized 48. I am 5'4". Merlot paint color.

Shimano Ultegra components and a triple-crank provide a smooth ride that can help get you up any mountain.

This bike has traveled to Canada, France and all over the US. I have been tending to travel with tour groups that provide bikes and no longer need to travel with my own. For related information see https://www.bikefriday.com/bicycles/petite and https://www.bikefriday.com/bicycles/road

Original cost $2,471. Asking $1,000. I am in the Portland Oregon area.

How long are the cranks? And, are they R700 brifters, pre-adjustable full size Ultegra, or adjustable Ultegra?

Hi OakLeaf. Cranks are 165. Attaching a snapshot of the bike details that will hopefully answer the rest of your questions. Let me know if you can't read it and I'll email it to you in a different format.

Bike Fridays are excellent bikes, and this is a great price. I paid over $2400 for mine (also Ultegra) in 2004, and it's still going strong. I definitely recommend this bike to anyone whom it fits and who wants a travel bike or just all-round nice little bike. This would be fine for club rides as well since the PRP model has the 451 wheels vs the 406s I have and is the racier model with higher gearing (I have the Pocket Crusoe, the touring model with super low mountain gearing, racks, and fenders). This PRP should be a pretty zippy little bike!

One thing to know is that the "Petite" Bike Fridays are recommended for folks who weigh no more than 125 pounds as they use narrower frame tubing -- this also makes for a lighter-weight bike for we wee folk. I inquired, and the Bike Friday folks said that I could carry ~ 25 lbs. of gear as well, and I have, on loaded tours and lots of utility rides (grocery stores, farmer's markets).

Had to put in a plug for a great bike, most especially for a fellow Boston Terrier owner! :-)
