Black watch, GPS unit with clip and armband, foot pod with holder, bike speed and cadence sensors, and bike mount for the watch. Also includes boxes, manuals, data transfer unit, and heart rate strap (M-XXL or XS-S, you pick) with heart rate sensor unit. I've had it all for a year and its in great condition.
