I bench pressed 65 pounds today. No big deal, unless you do it 180 times! That's the weight of an Asian elephant.

I'm not that strong. My legs were always really strong. My upper body strength is pitiful. moving 50 or so 20 pound cinder block did me in. Chin ups? forget it.
