On a billboard? Thought it was on a car back fender until I re-read your comment.

He would not approve: just today a 19-yr. old Ontario girl was killed when she crashed while driving and texting. Her family is furious for the press and police to report this publicly. To them, I guess it tainted the memory of her and cause of death.....they should be on a campaign to educate other people.
