How's your foot?

Chiro says I rotated the talus and that caused all my foot muscles to just bunch up and be really tight. He adjusted it yesterday. It's still pretty sore this morning. I'm icing it, wearing compression socks, rolling it - hopefully it will b e better soon.

How was the hike?

Your idea of fun, and my idea of fun are decidedly different :D

I can see the attraction of this - you look great! Part of me is tempted to try it, but I don't think my shoulder is quite stable enough for the attempt. Adding the ball in really makes things interesting!

You also need some flexibility in your shoulders to go below parallel. I really felt it in that space my tank top covers between shoulder and chest.

I like this kind of exercise because it involves so much of your body.

That is what I was thinking, it uses everything! That is one of the reasons I like the Turkish Getup, it uses EVERYTHING. It, and top/bottom loaded Windmills are doing wonders for my shoulder :)

I agree with you wholeheartedly SheFly! I must say though Veronica, you do look great! I'm dealing with some rotator cuff tendonitis in my right shoulder right now, so I won't be adding this one to my list right away.
