I have thumb shifting levers on my recumbent trike and shifting is damaging the tendon on my center finger. It started as trigger finger clicking and now I cannot close my hand completely.
I love riding and don't want to give it up (especially since I just bought the trike and am finally getting the hang of it) but you'd be surprised how many things you can't do when you cannot close your hand!
This is my right hand and I am right hand dominant.
Suggestions?
