I just wanted to say "Thank You" to all of you who posted regarding how much SPeedplay pedals helped with
your knee pain and improved bike performance. I got the pedals to try, and I knew after the first 5 miles that
I was going to buy them. WOW!!!! No more knee pain, improved stroke and general increase in speed and cadence
over the Shimano 105. Expensive, very. Worth it? 100%!!! Thanks again.

Which Speedplays did you get? Personally I love my Froggies :)

I use the light action and love them. Be warned, they do not like dirt. I was on a ride a couple weekends ago and the rest stops were where I had to walk in grass and dirt and it got to the point where I couldn't clip in (which is better than not being able to clip out.) Sprayed them with the hose when I got home, lubed them and all is good.
