I went for my check up with my endo and my osteoporosis is well, no longer osteoporosis. I improved between 3-8.5% in various areas of my bones, which is statistically significant. Although I am still n the osteopeinia range, I will not have to take Prolia this year. She said the effects of the 6 month injection actually last a little longer, and since I added boot camp at the same time, we will see.
And, I drummed up a little business from the doc, who will refer some of her diabetic patients to me for counseling.

That is great news, crankin -- you don't hear of this getting better all that often. Know you're relieved!

I am, but not enough to start mountain biking again! Of course, my crappy technical skills had a lot to do with the reason, too, but falling is just part of the sport.
I will be interested in seeing how much of the bone growth I can maintain over the next year. Can't stop boot camp now :)!

Boot Camp is getting you where you need to be! I feel the same way about my group training, and starting to feel that way about kettlebell training!
