Super proud of myself.

This morning I managed to set up a local server on my home computer, install wordpress, configure it under that local server and it all appears to be working!!!!!

I realize that this may not be a big deal to some, but it's HUGE for me. Computer stuff has always daunted me but in the last 3 weeks I've learned so much between becoming proficient with inkscape, learning what kind of upgrades I needed to do web work and finally today getting to a point where I can actually start working on building my website from my home computer without having to be connected to the internet.

Thank you to all the ladies here that have freely given me opinions and advice. And I can't say enough about lynda.com which has saved me many many hours of frustration.

Let the website building begin!!! :D:D:D:D

BTW, I just checked out lynda.com. It's my first time there. WOWZERS!! They have tutorial on Rhino CAD package. It's a professional/industrial grade CAD tool... I'm totally blown away. Fantastic site.
